Clear and fair refund expectations.

ChartedNurse provides digital career tools, resume features, resources, and future learning experiences for nurses and nursing students. Because digital services are delivered immediately, most purchases are considered final, but we still want to handle billing and technical issues fairly.

ChartedNurse offers digital products and services, including AI-assisted resume tools, downloadable content, career resources, and future premium features. Since access to these services may be provided immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited.

That said, we understand that technical issues and billing problems can happen, and we review legitimate concerns carefully.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

  • You were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times
  • A technical issue prevented access to purchased features
  • The platform failed to function as described because of a verified system issue
  • You experienced a billing error related to your account or transaction

When Refunds Are Typically Not Issued

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase or use of the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated wording or suggestions
  • Failure to review, edit, or personalize generated content
  • Career outcomes, interview results, or employment decisions
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms & Conditions

AI-Generated Content

ChartedNurse may use AI-powered tools to help generate resume content, summaries, bullet points, and other career materials.

Because AI-generated content is intended as guidance and requires user review, differences in writing preference, tone, or personal expectations do not automatically qualify for refunds.

Access After a Refund

If a refund is approved, access to resumes, downloads, or content already created may remain available.

Refunds are intended to resolve legitimate billing or technical concerns and do not necessarily reverse work or services that were already delivered.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact ChartedNurse and include:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of purchase
  • Relevant transaction details
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Refund requests should be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue first.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account restrictions or loss of access to platform features.

Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes become effective once posted on this page.
