ChartedNurse provides digital services, including AI-powered resume tools and downloadable content. Because these services are delivered immediately, all sales are generally considered final.

When Refunds May Be Considered

While we do not offer automatic refunds, we understand that issues can occur. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • A technical issue prevented access to purchased features
  • The service failed to function as described due to a platform error

When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
  • Failure to review or edit generated resume content
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of our Terms of Service

Access After a Refund

If a refund is approved, access to resumes or content already created will generally remain available. Refunds are intended to resolve billing or technical issues and do not remove work that has already been delivered.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us and include your account email and transaction details. Requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
