The student trying to survive clinicals
For the early mornings, long days, care plans, exams, and the pressure of becoming a nurse.
Built for nurses. Inspired by real life.
ChartedNurse is an all-in-one career and support platform for nurses. A place to build stronger resumes, learn new skills, find resources, connect with others, and feel seen in a profession that gives so much.
Nursing is one of the most demanding, skilled, and emotionally heavy professions in the world. Nurses care for people on their hardest days, carry responsibility that most people never see, and often do it while being stretched physically, mentally, and emotionally.
ChartedNurse started from watching what nursing really takes. The early mornings, long clinical days, late nights studying, NCLEX pressure, missed family time, aching bodies, emotional exhaustion, and the constant expectation to keep showing up.
Nurses deserve more than generic tools, surface-level appreciation, and once-a-year recognition. They deserve resources built around the reality of the work they do every day.
Our belief
This platform is not just about resumes, courses, jobs, or content. Those are the tools. The deeper mission is to advocate for nurses by helping them document their value, grow their careers, find support, and build from a stronger foundation.
The resume builder was the starting point because nurses often do incredible work but struggle to translate that experience into clear, confident career language.
But ChartedNurse is growing into something bigger: a platform for nursing career growth, learning, community, job discovery, practical tools, and long-term support.
The goal is to build a place nurses can return to throughout their careers, whether they are applying for their first role, changing specialties, preparing for leadership, looking for support, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
The foundation
Every feature is built around one question: will this help nurses move forward with more confidence, clarity, and support?
Nursing-focused resume tools that help nurses explain their clinical experience, skills, certifications, and patient care responsibilities with clarity.
A community space where nurses and nursing students can ask questions, share experiences, and support one another.
Practical articles, guides, and tools for resumes, interviews, new grad preparation, specialty transitions, and professional growth.
A future learning experience built around nursing career paths, specialty exploration, onboarding, practical skills, and continuing growth.
A future destination for nursing roles, specialty opportunities, new grad openings, and career transitions.
Our mission is to help nurses grow, move forward, and feel supported at every stage of their career.
We believe nurses should not have to undersell themselves, navigate career decisions alone, or rely on generic tools that do not understand the profession.
ChartedNurse exists to give nurses better tools, better guidance, and a stronger sense that someone is building with them in mind.
ChartedNurse is for nursing students, new grads, bedside nurses, experienced nurses, career changers, specialty explorers, nurse leaders, and anyone trying to build a better future in nursing.
For the early mornings, long days, care plans, exams, and the pressure of becoming a nurse.
For the nurse who has experience from school and clinicals but needs help turning it into career language.
For the nurse who is tired, capable, and ready to explore new paths without starting from scratch.
For the nurse who has done the work but needs better tools, language, guidance, and support to move forward.
The bigger vision
We want ChartedNurse to become more than another website. We want it to become a trusted foundation nurses can build from throughout their careers.
A place for resumes, learning, jobs, community, resources, recognition, and real support.
Nursing is hard enough. Finding the right tools, guidance, and support should not be.
