Wound Certified Part Time Nurse Practitioner

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position focused on wound care services. You will provide specialized wound care to patients in skilled nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation facilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct clinical impact by delivering evidence-based wound management that reduces hospitalizations and improves patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and management strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records systems
