Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

BrightStar Care, a leader in home health care, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing services in patients' homes. This weekend position offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, support families, and make a meaningful impact in a home health setting.

Clinical Setting

You will work in patients' homes, providing care in a community-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to patients in home settings
• Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or similar settings
