Virtual Family Practice Nurse Practitioner - Temporary (OK Licensed) | Up to $5,000 Bonus

Sprinter Health is seeking a Virtual Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to conduct virtual wellness visits with patients in their homes. In this temporary role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide a wide range of healthcare services including virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits, health assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and care coordination. You will work collaboratively with Sprinter Health's in-home clinical team members to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and address specific patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Review your caseload and prepare technology at the start of each day
• Conduct thorough health risk assessments and wellness exams
• Perform medication reviews and cognitive screenings
• Provide patient education regarding health and well-being
• Work directly with in-home clinical team members to evaluate vital signs and arrange blood draws
• Provide comprehensive care coordination and management, including preventive care interventions, medication management, and specialist referrals
• Coordinate community resources and document findings
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and charting using modern technology platforms

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
• Prior experience performing wellness visits
• Technologically savvy and comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and HIPAA-secure messaging applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment requiring problem-solving and flexible thinking
• Pass national background check and valid clinical license search

Compensation
