Sprinter Health is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to conduct virtual wellness visits with patients in their homes. In this role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to provide a wide range of healthcare services, including virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits, health assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and care coordination. You will work collaboratively with Sprinter Health's in-home clinical team to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and address patient-specific needs while maintaining high-quality standards and delivering exceptional patient care.
Clinical Setting
This is a virtual position where you will conduct patient visits remotely while partnering with Sprinter Health's mobile clinical team members who visit patients' homes. You will use modern technology platforms for scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging for care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Review your daily caseload and prepare technology and tools before beginning patient visits
- Conduct thorough health risk assessments, medication reviews, and cognitive screenings
- Perform virtual wellness exams and provide patients with educational information regarding their health and well-being
- Collaborate directly with in-home clinical team members to evaluate vital signs and coordinate necessary clinical services
- Provide comprehensive care coordination and management, including preventive care interventions, medication management, and specialist referrals
- Arrange community resources and document clinical findings
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Prior experience performing wellness visits
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using laptops, mobile devices for charting, and HIPAA-secure messaging applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Pass national background check and valid clinical license search

Compensation
- Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
- 3-week paid sabbatical in Q1
