Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - Odessa, TX

East University Urgent Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient practice in Odessa, Texas. This is a full-time position providing urgent care and family medicine services in a busy walk-in clinic setting.

Clinical Setting

Our clinic provides accessible urgent care and family medicine services for patients of all ages. You will work in a well-established outpatient practice with strong clinical support, advanced on-site diagnostics including laboratory and X-ray services, and the resources of a multi-specialty organization serving Odessa and the greater Permian Basin.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urgent care and family medicine for patients of all ages
• Manage walk-in and same-day care for acute illness, minor injuries, and other common urgent care needs
• Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team and dedicated medical assistant support

Schedule

• Full-time weekday schedule plus 2 Saturdays per month
• Weekday off following each Saturday worked
• No call obligation

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• One or more years of primary care, urgent care, or similar outpatient experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking ability

Compensation

• Highly competitive base salary of $155,000 to $175,000, based on experience
