Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - $15k Sign-On

Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time positions in the St. Louis area. You will deliver high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art urgent care centers equipped with imaging, labs, and advanced electronic medical records integrated with Mercy's Epic system.

Clinical Setting

You will work in modern, provider and patient-friendly urgent care centers that are part of one of the nation's fastest-growing urgent care networks. The centers are fully equipped with imaging and laboratory services. You will collaborate with a supportive team including radiologic technologists and highly trained medical assistants.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time experience as a provider in family medicine, emergency medicine, pediatrics, or urgent care
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Comfort with minor procedures including sutures, casts, and splints
• Ability to perform preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays
• Master's degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants)

Compensation

• Highly competitive sign-on bonus up to $15,000
• Competitive base salary and hourly rates
• Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics per shift
• Quarterly Bonus up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures
