Travel Registered Nurse Skilled Nursing Facility Job

This is a 13-week travel nursing assignment for a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing facility setting in Quincy, CA. You will work the night shift (3x12 hours per week) with guaranteed 36 hours weekly, starting September 8, 2026. This hospital-type travel assignment offers competitive weekly compensation of $2,778–$2,868 per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
• Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor resident status, identify changes, and report to the care team promptly
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records and communicate changes across disciplines
• Collaborate with physicians, licensed professionals, and support staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and participate in quality improvement activities to support patient safety and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current California RN license
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work in a hospital-type travel assignment setting and adhere to shift requirements
