Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department – Tucson, AZ

This is a 13-week travel nursing contract for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at a 38-bed facility in Tucson, Arizona. You will work the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule, providing direct patient care in a Trauma Level III facility that receives Stroke and STEMI patients. The facility uses Cerner for electronic medical records.

Clinical Setting

• 38-bed Emergency Department
• Trauma Level III facility
• Stroke and STEMI receiving facility

Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (nights)
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Start date: ASAP (within 2 weeks of offer)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Float to other units as needed
• Work with Cerner electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Cerner experience

Additional Requirements

• Black scrubs required
• Willingness to float to other departments

Preferred Qualifications

• NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification or experience

Compensation

• $1,822 per week
