Travel Registered Nurse Home Health Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in home health, based in Bala Cynwyd, PA, starting October 26, 2026. You will conduct 25–30 patient visits per week in clients' homes, providing comprehensive nursing assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is ideal for experienced home health nurses seeking a temporary assignment with guaranteed hours and a structured schedule.

Clinical Setting

• Home-based care in the Bala Cynwyd, PA service area
• Patient population: home health clients requiring nursing assessment, care coordination, and patient education

Responsibilities

• Conduct 25–30 patient visits per week, including start of care and revisit assessments
• Perform comprehensive home health nursing assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and timely
• Document all care in Epic and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, and symptom management
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality measures in the home setting

Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (5x8 days)
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Contract duration: 13 weeks with potential for continuation

Required Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license
• 2 or more years of recent, relevant home health nursing experience
• OASIS experience required
• Epic experience required
• Ability to perform 25–30 visits per week and travel within the service area
• Nursing degree (RN)

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly pay: $2,329–$2,465 per week
