Job Description

This is a 16-week temporary travel nursing contract for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room at a healthcare facility in Utica, New York. You will provide direct patient care in a surgical setting, working with adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced OR environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients
Participate in patient and family teaching
Provide leadership within the care team
Maintain professional nursing standards

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of OR nursing experience
Valid New York state RN license
Current BLS certification
Reliable transportation for travel assignments
