The opportunity
Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel home health position in Neenah, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, coordinate care plans, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients
- Participate in patient and family education
- Provide leadership and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain professional nursing standards in clinical settings
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience
- Reliable transportation for travel assignments
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel healthcare experience
- Additional certifications as may be needed for the assignment
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Start date: July 28, 2025
