Travel Nurse – Home Health in Alexandria, VA – $8487/month

This is a 2-week temporary travel nursing contract providing home health care to adult-geriatric patients in Richmond, Virginia. You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, participate in patient and family education, and collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to maintain professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients
• Participate in patient and family education to promote understanding and health management
• Provide leadership by collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain professional nursing standards within the clinical setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia state nursing license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience
• Reliable transportation for travel assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel healthcare experience
• Additional certifications as may be needed for the assignment

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Start date: July 18, 2025
