Transportation State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA/STNA)

We are seeking a Transportation State Registered Nurse Aide to join our nursing home team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations while ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the journey.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations
• Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles, including the use of wheelchairs and other mobility equipment
• Ensure residents are transported safely, comfortably, and with dignity
• Maintain a clean and safe transportation vehicle
• Follow all facility safety procedures and transportation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff
• Complete required transportation documentation

Required Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers
• Ability to communicate professionally and work as part of a team
