Title Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Restore Health Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in our long-term care facility. Working collaboratively with the nursing team, you will deliver compassionate care to patients, collect and report patient data, and support the overall care coordination process.

Clinical Setting

This position is located at Restore Health Rehabilitation Center in White Plains, Maryland. You will work in a long-term care rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care under the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and Practice Guidelines
• Collect patient data, make clinical observations, and report pertinent information to support patient care
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed
• Work under direct supervision using nursing judgment to guide patient care decisions

Schedule and Shifts

• Full-time day and night shifts available
• Part-time positions available on all shifts
• PRN (as-needed) positions available on all shifts
• Shift differentials: $2.50 per hour on weekdays, $3.00 per hour on weekends

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour
• Wage is based on skill sets, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility
