Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis at our Sanger clinic. This is a private concierge practice serving corporate employees, their families, and college students—not open to the general public.
Clinical Setting
You will work in a private concierge medical clinic providing care to a multi-cultural patient population. The practice operates as an exclusive health organization designed to meet the specific health needs of corporate clients and educational institutions.
Responsibilities
- Use medical training, skills, and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Work independently, contacting the offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care
- Provide personalized treatment ensuring care is relevant for short and long-term outcomes
- See all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 10 to 15 patients daily)
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks
Schedule
- November to July: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
- August to October: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Clinic is closed one hour for lunch
- No on-call duties, no after-hours work
Required Qualifications
- Active California Nurse Practitioner License
- Active Furnishing License (must be obtained within 120 days of hire if not already held)
- DEA registration (must be obtained within 120 days of hire if not already held)
- BLS Certification (must be obtained within 10 days of hire if not already held)
- Proficiency with medical equipment and technology relevant to the role, including DME and EMR (eClinicalWorks)
