The opportunity

Job Description

Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to deliver telehealth care to women with hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive conditions. This is a full-time, W2 remote position within the United States focused on longitudinal patient care through video visits.

Clinical Setting

You will work as an autonomous provider within Allara's multidisciplinary care team, delivering virtual care to over 60,000 women nationwide. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment for conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's disease, metabolic syndrome, menopause, fertility concerns, postpartum care, PMDD, and obesity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care
  • Complete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices
  • Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and care
  • Dedicate full-time focus to patient care, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • Active national board certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, metabolic syndrome, menopause, fertility, postpartum, PMDD, and obesity
  • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with an emphasis on compassion and clarity
  • Natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting
  • Genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
  • Minimum of 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses: at least 2 in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more in additional states based on forecasted hiring needs

Schedule

Fully remote within the U.S. with flexible scheduling within full-time hour requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, with potential to increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through incentive compensation program
