Surgical Technician - Operating Room Full Time Variable

Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank is seeking a Surgical Technician for the Operating Room. This is a full-time variable shift position working 8 hours per day. You will perform technical duties to support surgical procedures, including preparing operating rooms using appropriate techniques and providing technical assistance in the operating room as assigned and directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of technical duties to scrub in surgery
• Prepare operating rooms for surgery using appropriate techniques
• Provide technical services and assist in the operating room as assigned and directed

Required Qualifications

• National Certified Surgical Technologist credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (required upon hire)
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
• 2 years of scrub experience

Schedule

• Full-time variable shift
• 8 hours per day

Compensation

• Base pay range: $34.96 - $52.06 per hour
• Additional compensation may be available including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
• Placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors
