Job Description

Eastern Suffolk BOCES seeks Registered Nurses for substitute positions throughout the 2026-2027 school year. As a substitute RN, you will provide nursing services across various ESBOCES locations in Suffolk County on an as-needed basis. Specific responsibilities vary by location and are directed by the ESBOCES RN Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Active New York State Registered Nurse License
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Fingerprinting clearance
  • Background check clearance
  • Availability to be called on an as-needed basis
