Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in your independent practice
• Build and manage your patient panel
• Make clinical and business decisions for your practice

Operational Support Provided

• Insurance credentialing and payer contracting
• Billing, coding, and revenue cycle management
• EHR and technology infrastructure
• Scheduling and patient intake systems
• Virtual front desk with human staff to answer patient calls

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Nurse Practitioner license
• Meet Connecticut state requirements for independent practice
• Current experience as an FNP, PMHNP, or other Nurse Practitioner specialty
• Several years of clinical experience caring for patients
• Strong ties to the community you intend to serve
