Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve as a Staffing Coordinator in our skilled nursing facility located in the Gainesville area. In this role, you will coordinate staffing operations while maintaining your CNA certification and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or CNA
- Knowledge of State and Federal Regulations regarding staffing ratios
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
