Staff RN - PICC, Nights

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Staff RN to join our nursing team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work within our established policies and procedures, maintain professional standards of practice, and coordinate care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
• Maintain standards of nursing practice and demonstrate professional accountability
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff
• Provide quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle
• Function within organizational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• New graduates of nursing programs are eligible

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
