Legion Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to provide remote telehealth psychiatric care across the United States. This fully remote position offers the clinical autonomy of private practice combined with the stability and support of an established organization. You will work with a community of clinically excellent providers and have access to experienced psychiatrists for consultations and peer case reviews.
Clinical Setting
This is a fully remote telehealth position. You will see patients from your home using Legion's technology platform and electronic health record system. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexibility to set your own schedule for optimal work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care for patients with conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care using evidence-based clinical protocols
- Use responsible prescribing practices for controlled substances
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews
- Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $150,000–$300,000 per year, depending on completed patient-care hours
- Weekly pay
- Full malpractice insurance coverage
- Significant administrative support including scheduling, insurance verification, billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy coordination
- Patient acquisition support—Legion handles marketing and schedule filling
- Collaborating psychiatrist provided and fully covered where applicable
