Skilled Nursing Licensed Practical Nurse

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to the supervising RN and providers
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, facility procedures, and your scope of practice
• Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants within your scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Dependable, compassionate approach to resident care

Preferred Qualifications

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience
