Shift IV Infusion Nurse

IVDrips is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver IV infusion therapy services across New York City's five boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island). As a Shift IV Infusion Nurse, you will provide personalized IV drip therapy and medical services to patients, primarily in home and clinical settings. This role offers scheduled shift blocks with appointment priority, providing consistent, structured availability rather than purely on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IV infusion therapy and medical services to patients
• Perform IV placement and administration
• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and professional care
• Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and support them in their wellness journey
• Encourage personalized membership plans that enhance client well-being
• Represent IVDrips' mission and values in every patient interaction

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New York Registered Nurse license
• Minimum one year of IV administration experience
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for home visits)
• Malpractice insurance and workers' compensation insurance
• Strong IV placement skills, ideally from ER/ICU experience
• Ability to work independently with strong multitasking abilities
• Willingness to commit to at least four eight-hour shifts per month
• Willingness to cover all five boroughs as needed
• Willingness to be incentivized for sales, including upselling, generating referrals, and retention

Schedule

• Scheduled shift blocks with appointment priority
• Minimum commitment of four eight-hour shifts per month
• Coverage across all five boroughs required

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: 25% of net revenue for initial patient visits and 35% of net revenue when patients rebook
• Additional earning opportunities through client referrals, retention, memberships, and sales

Additional Requirements

• Nurses are independent contractors responsible for their own equipment and supplies costs
• Personal vehicle required for home visits
• Work location: On the road (mobile/home-based visits)
