RN/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse-Night Shift

NHC HealthCare Lexington is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in a family-oriented senior care environment. This position is available as full-time or part-time only.

You will provide direct patient care to geriatric residents while working as part of a collaborative nursing team. Your role will focus on maintaining clinical competency, utilizing the nursing process in assessment and care planning, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing patient care
• Demonstrate organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs
• Integrate current standards of practice and comply with local, state, and federal nursing regulations
• Practice continuous quality improvement and problem-solving
• Provide caring, compassionate care with strong communication and teamwork

Schedule

• 7 PM to 7 AM shift
• Full-time or part-time positions only

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
