(RN) Registered Nurse Weekends Only

Complete Care at Brakeley Park is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the weekend nursing team at our long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Phillipsburg, NJ. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality services to our residents.

Schedule

• Weekends only
• Flexible hours on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Evaluate patient needs and provide recommendations for care and treatment
• Document patient information and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license
• Strong clinical skills
• Teamwork mindset
