RN (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a residential setting. This is a rotating weekend position (Saturday and Sunday) working day shift, 8 hours per day. You will work with genuine empathy and patience to meet residents' healthcare needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to appropriate staff members
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Rotating Saturday and Sunday
