RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Charge Nurse Night Shift

The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking RN and LPN Charge Nurses for night shift positions. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the daily nursing operations of the facility during your shift, ensuring all care is provided in compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to deliver the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations during night shift
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local healthcare standards, regulations, and guidelines
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services
• Provide administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for nursing care delivery
• Maintain exceptional standards of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas nursing license (RN or LPN)
• Current CPR certification

Compensation

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
