RN / Registered Nurse - Home Health - PRN

Adoration Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered home health care in Cleveland, MS, serving the Bolivar and Northern Sunflower coverage areas. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver 1:1 care to patients and families in their homes.

Clinical Setting

You will work as an independent home health nurse with team support, providing direct patient care in patients' homes rather than a traditional facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Create home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch

Schedule

PRN with flexible scheduling options.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and state of residence
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health experience
• Geriatrics experience
• Other related clinical settings

Additional Information

New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability. You will need to use your own vehicle for patient visits and will be reimbursed for mileage.
