RN Registered Nurse

Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead the night shift nursing team at our facility in Northeast Pennsylvania. In this supervisory role, you will oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and mentor nursing staff while managing a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the night shift nursing team, ensuring seamless handovers and efficient staffing ratios
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using patient-centered approaches and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to nursing staff members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement data-driven solutions
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
