RN / Registered Nurse

Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, assist with procedures, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Clinical Setting

This position is based in a rehabilitation and healthcare facility serving a resident population requiring ongoing nursing care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as assigned
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
• Assist physicians with procedures and diagnostics
• Educate patients and families on health care practices
• Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Document care and patient responses in accordance with facility policy
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Take charge of unit operations as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive
