RN, Registered Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in the Manchester office. You will provide one-to-one client care in private home settings, working with both pediatric and adult patients. This is an ideal opportunity for nurses seeking flexible scheduling and meaningful direct patient care.

Clinical Setting

You will travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes on a flexible schedule
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Current CPR certification

Schedule and Employment Type

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Day and evening shifts available
• Weekly paychecks with direct deposit

Compensation and Bonuses

• Pay range: $42-$45 per hour based on clients' acuity
• $2,000 bonus for 36+ hours per week commitment
• $1,200 nurse referral bonus
