RN - Registered Nurse

Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a nursing team in a long-term care setting. In this role, you will oversee compassionate, coordinated, and personalized resident care while fostering a culture of respect and professional growth. You will work in a small, community-rooted facility where staff are valued and the work has meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a nursing team
• Provide compassionate, coordinated resident care
• Make independent clinical decisions
• Ensure compliance with nursing laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in long-term care facilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Ability to make independent decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care
