RN - PICC, PRN, Days

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide PICC line care on a day shift basis. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work within organizational policies and procedures while maintaining professional standards and contributing to quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Maintain standards of nursing practice
• Coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff
• Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes
• Function within organizational policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability

Schedule

• PRN (as needed) position
• Day shift

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One year of experience in a hospital setting for PRN positions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Prior nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable
