RN Manager IV Infusion Drip Clinic and Wellness Studio

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an experienced RN Manager IV to lead the nursing team at an Infusion Drip Clinic and Wellness Studio. This role combines clinical nursing responsibilities with team leadership in a wellness-focused environment that differs significantly from traditional acute care settings. You will manage IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy while overseeing a team of nurses and supporting the clinic's operations.

Clinical Setting

Restore operates as a retail wellness provider offering alternative health and wellness services in a comfortable, non-traditional medical environment. The clinic provides IV drip therapy with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants; intramuscular injections; hyperbaric oxygen therapy; and blood testing services to support client wellness optimization.

Responsibilities

People Management

• Manage a team of Restore Nurses by performing monthly chart audits, hosting regular meetings, and training all new RN hires at your location
• Conduct in-person interviews for all nurse candidates and partner with the General Manager to onboard new hires
• Manage schedules of part-time nurses
• Take disciplinary action when needed
• Ensure a Restore Nurse is scheduled at all medical operating hours and identify staffing needs
• Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between the corporate team and your location
• Regularly evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices
• Manage store nursing operations, processes, and procedures
• Facilitate training and development of current nurses and orientation of new employees
• Perform personnel performance evaluations and conduct counseling when necessary
• Communicate safe practice and staffing ratios to management and ownership

Medical Operations and Clinical Duties

• Attend corporate-led monthly nursing calls
• Administer IV drip therapy and intramuscular injections to deliver vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
• Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of IV drips and intramuscular injection ingredients
• Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions
• Utilize blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness
• Manage medical supply inventory and ordering processes
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs
• Document client visits via electronic medical records
• Address and answer client questions using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under supervision of the Medical Director and network of licensed Advanced Practice Providers
• Communicate to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects clients experience
• Provide therapeutic communication and exceptional customer service
• Assist staff with store services
• Participate in community outreach, off-site nursing events, and special projects
• Report to the Restore General Manager
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Leadership or management skills
• At least one year of experience administering injections
• Proficiency with electronic medical records for documenting client details
• Ability to maintain a non-judgmental outlook and work with diverse clientele
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ethics and integrity
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Willingness to adhere to all policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance

Compensation

• Competitive salary starting at $38 per hour
• Target compensation after monthly bonuses of $40.00 to $45.00+ per hour
• Monthly medical sales bonus (uncapped)
