RN, IV Specialist - Marinette Infusion & Oncology

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Registered Nurse IV Specialist for the Marinette Infusion & Oncology department. In this role, you will maintain clinical expertise in IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, and biotherapy while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide specialized care to oncology patients.

Clinical Setting

This position is based at 2820 Roosevelt Rd, Marinette, WI 54153, serving patients requiring infusion therapy and oncology care.

Schedule

• Full-time, 0.80 FTE (32 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday, day shift
• No weekends

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Successful completion of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course prior to independent chemotherapy administration
• Current Chemotherapy and Biotherapy provider card
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) designation required within three years of employment
• Minimum two years of nursing experience including venous access and infusion therapy experience
• Demonstrated clinical leadership characteristics
• Demonstrated utilization of Total Quality Management (TQM) and research principles
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ongoing education: 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours for each three-year accreditation cycle until OCN certification is obtained

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Chemotherapy, biotherapy, or oncology experience
