RN Homecare - School Nurse

Join Maxim Healthcare as an RN providing skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. This position offers a manageable pace with consistent patient assignments, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while delivering personalized, focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with patients' families, care teams, and clinical support staff
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately

Clinical Setting

Home-based care within an assigned service area. You will work with both adult and pediatric patients.

Employment Type and Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of nursing experience

Compensation

• Pay: $25 per hour
