RN- Home Health Registered Nurse PRN/ Part Time

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health team on a PRN/part-time basis. In this role, you will provide primary care services to patients of various ages in their home environments. You will conduct skilled visits, recertifications, resumptions of care, and starts of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to patients across different age groups in their home
• Conduct skilled visits
• Complete recertifications
• Manage resumptions of care
• Perform starts of care

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
