RN Home Health Care Nurse

Helping Hand Nurse, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-to-one home health care to patients. This position offers flexibility in scheduling with the option to work part-time or full-time hours, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and private duty nursing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one direct patient care in the home
• Follow the established plan of care
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care
• Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and response to treatment
• Take direction from the clinical team
• Follow all clinical and office policies
• Maintain computerized documentation and use office software

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• CPR certification
• Clean background and criminal record
• Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
