Job Description
Join CCCHC's Rheumatology team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will manage established rheumatology patients across multiple clinic locations, assist with biologic therapy monitoring, and conduct follow-up visits as part of an integrated specialty care team working alongside our rheumatology physicians.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday

Required Qualifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- Experience with biologic and DMARD therapies
- Strong documentation skills

- Rheumatology or related specialty experience
- NextGen EHR experience
