Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner, Corpus Christi, TX

Corpus Christi Rheumatology, supported by GI Alliance, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient practice. You will work in a physician-led private practice setting, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a dedicated physician. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Clinical Setting

You will practice in an outpatient rheumatology clinic as part of a physician-led organization that prioritizes patient care and clinical autonomy. The practice is supported by national-scale infrastructure, data, and operational resources through GI Alliance's Management Services Organization model.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to maintain credentialing at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedules as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• State-licensed Nurse Practitioner license

• Rheumatology experience
