Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatric Home Health

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide pediatric home health care to infants, children, and adolescents. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care in the home setting, working according to physician-directed plans of care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and direct care to infants, children, and adolescents according to the active plan of care
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document all nursing activities, actions, patient responses, and care coordination
• Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
• Support patients in meeting their nursing needs within the home environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Good organization and effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home health nursing experience
