Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse | 0.6 FTE

Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center, a 5-star CMS-rated long-term skilled nursing care facility in Harmony, Minnesota, is seeking a part-time RN or LPN to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. You will support residents and their families while contributing to a family-based care environment that prioritizes learning about each person and serving their individual needs.

Clinical Setting

This is a long-term skilled nursing care facility serving adults of all ages. The facility maintains a 5-star CMS rating and is part of Emplify Health, a not-for-profit healthcare network comprising Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.

Schedule

• 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
• Day shifts: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate care to residents
• Learn about each resident's individual needs and preferences
• Support residents and their families
• Contribute to a family-based care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Post-secondary education in a specialized field: either course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or a minimum Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs
• BLS CPR certification
• Must be a new or returning employee to Emplify Health by Gundersen

Compensation and Benefits

• $39.24 per hour, plus additional compensation for experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 6 months of employment)
