Registered Nurse Wound Nurse

Lincoln County Nursing & Rehab in Troy, Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
• Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare providers with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with the interdisciplinary team in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures
• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate personnel
• Document patient responses to nursing care on patient charts
• Maintain safe and comfortable environmental conditions for patients
• Assist with unit management and assume charge of the unit as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of RN experience
