Registered Nurse

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience is required—we provide paid training for all new team members.

Clinical Setting

You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on outpatient dialysis environment. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while applying a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
• Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
• Float to nearby clinics as needed

Schedule

Flexible shifts are available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location. Reliable transportation is required for potential floating to nearby clinics.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation for potential floating

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
• CNN/CDN certification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
