Registered Nurse - SurgiCenter of Baltimore

SurgiCenter of Baltimore is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Operating Room. This ambulatory surgery center in Owings Mills, Maryland provides outpatient and same-day surgical care across a broad range of specialties including general surgery, ENT, gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pain management, plastic surgery, and podiatry. The facility features five operating rooms and two treatment rooms and is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care under the direction of the Unit Manager
• Assess, plan, and implement age-appropriate clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit-level basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse License
• Less than one year of experience

Compensation

• $37.15 to $57.58 per hour based on experience
