Registered Nurse Supervisor

St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the evening shift to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to residents. This is a supervisory role focused on overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient care is meeting facility standards
• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise with residents, families, or colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor or similar role
