Each shift begins with a safety huddle to review safety and quality concerns across a 24-hour period.
The unit offers an 8-12 week orientation based on nursing experience.
You will work with hardwired ECG monitoring, Alaris infusion pumps, PCA pumps, epidural administration, end-tidal CO2 monitoring, bladder scanners, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy. Clinical experience includes cardiac drips, IV fluids, blood products, sedation, and TPN administration.
New increased night shift differential of $10 per hour for eligible night shift RNs. The employer also offers a current inpatient nursing supplemental pay program.
